shipping Policy

Fused Mass offers standard shipping options to most domestic destinations.  By ordering, you agree to all the following terms:

Tracking Number:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24-48 hours to update.

Order Processing Time:

Please keep in mind, every order requires processing time before it leaves our warehouse and shipping time while in transit to you.  Processing time for our products range from 3-12 business days.  

Please note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does NOT include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. 

Transit Time:

We ship via multiple USPS methods dependent upon shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well. 

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, acts of God, any delays due to natural disasters, etc. 

If your shipment was delayed in any way due to the reasons stated above, Fused Mass and USPS are not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

Address Accuracy:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct to avoid any delivery issues or delays by double checking prior to completing your order.

In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately at fusedmassapparel@gmail.com. While we will make every effort to assist you in correcting the address, please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order is shipped.

Release of Liability:

You agree that Fused Mass will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen.   Up to $100 of insurance is included with all USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express shipments.  All claims should be directed to and conducted through USPS; visit their website to start a claim.

Your purchase constitutes and signifies your full acceptance and agreement to our shipping policy, return policy, and terms and conditions of use agreements.
